Surely we would have had some indication from his agent if the player was in favour of a move or not, there certainly seems that we have definitely but a bid in how far apart the two clubs are is anyone's guess

I think the player and agent will be more than happy for Everton to keep pushing as its more likely to get other teams, pushing for him.
He may well be not ruling us out, whilst still having zero interest in joining us.
