Want to preface this by saying I'm not a Star Wars fan at all, and really not into anything churned out by Disney. But this show is a much watch if anybody is into Sci-Fi.

Brilliant storyline with some real quality characters. Can't recommend it enough.

First season, absolutely. I thought they blew it with the 2nd but the initial season is easily best post original trilogy SW content I’ve seen - mostly because the story was original and fit into the overall mythology

2nd season, I think budgetary and casting concerns forced them to make a short work of bridging to Rogue One else there were so many directions they could’ve gone in to stretch the bridging out (They orphaned certain storylines from season 1 and largely ignored the Force or jedis really). Serious potential I thought but likely too expensive to continue or leads weren’t committed long term. Shame, I really was quite disappointed with Season 2 - felt really rushed and too much content these days is apocalyptic already so felt formulaic

Watched The Lincoln Lawyer series one - very good started series 2 looks promising - Michael Connelly was a great book author - Bosch etc ...

I am sure they are using the hill top apartment for the Lincoln Lawyer which they used in Harry Bosch ? looking out over LA?

I think you're right.
Connolly is one of my favourite authors so I was reluctant to see what TV adaptations would do.... I was well impressed by Lincoln Lawyer, stuck well to the books.
I've recently watched Ballard which was good but deviated from the novel. I've just started on Bosch....it's OK but I cant get over the TV Bosch being from more 'holywood' than the novels..... wat did u think?

Were you able to watch both seasons? The second season is just as good in character development. It’s almost seamless the way it lines up with Rogue One.

Just started Season 2. Haven't seen Rogue One so guess that will be a nice addition!

It’s got a stellar cast, the sets are sumptuous, but it’s just not doing it for me.

Yeh the first half I watched wasn't as good, it was missing that Corinthian style storyline to it (think I've seen he returns though hopefully). Love me some Boyd Holbrook.

I enjoyed them exploring more of his siblings in this one though (so far). Love the potrayal of Delirium.
