I don’t think any of those teams has actually bid, and are waiting for other business to complete before they would consider putting in a bid. It’s likely that Fofana is willing to move to Everton when the alternative is cross his fingers and hope Liverpool decides to make a bid. There’s some indication that his camp is being swayed by Everton actually wanting him and presenting a vision for his place in the squad.
