Please, please don't make an unmotivated, psychologically scarred, mostly injured Jack Grealish, who's on the way down and won't care about the club at all Everton's highest paid player of all time.
This is a terrible idea.

Not even close to that 100k max with no obligation to buy at all, not paying 40 mil for a 30 year old
I would not want an obligation to buy him because I think that would be too risky. I only decided to include the obligation to purchase him since it is a possible scenario should we decide to sign him on loan.

Completely agree. Much as I’d like to be proven utterly wrong, Grealish is, and always has been, an overrated show pony. Moysie is quoted as being ‘a huge admirer’ of Grealish. I’m not. But then again, I’m not EFC’s manager. If he signs, then ok. If he doesn’t, I won’t be losing any sleep.

NDiaye is better.
Well that’s where my issue with the signing lies. Ndiaye is currently our best attacker and plays LW, is the plan to shift him to number 10 and play Grealish wide? Would seem odd to move Ndiaye central after a good season on the left. TBH I’m just desperate for us to sign a natural right winger considering we’ve needed one for about 5 years, Grealish would simply be a nice bonus😂

Just play one in each half, imagine the energy.
