Plenty of other wingers out there but think we see an opportunity here to get a higher calibre of player in than what we might ordinarily be able to. Right place right time sort of thing.

I'm happy for us to roll the dice and wait a bit to see how this plays out. Obviously need to have a plan b that we are certain we will be able to sign though.

Tbh mate I think Lyon almost have to sell him given they only stayed up due to making agreements with the french fa over selling players, turning down 30 odd million won't go down well, and likely why we are trying to get them down from their asking price
