It's true.

They have 12 days to get at least 3 players in to avoid protests. Especially when the team we'll be playing are getting money spent on them.
Roma have spent around €44m and brought in around €41m on sales (before Wesley when it goes through).

We've spent around €49m(transfermarkt) and sold Maupay for a questionable amount (€4m on TMarkt)

So... Can you elaborate on 'them getting money spent on them'? We'll still have spent more after Wesley

TFG must be proud of the work of Angus so far, the guy can speak, but action speaks louder than words. Roma is doing a much better job than us...they already had a very decent squad and have improved it further. That wesley is a proper player, the type of player we will never sign. Shame because we are desperate for a right back for some time now.

We didn’t protest Moshiri until headlock gate 7 years into his ownership, we aren’t going to protest TFG after less than a year at the helm
The only protest I remember regarding club ownership at Goodison was the one with the clown and the cake, and that was after about 15 years of Blue Bill running the club into the ground.

It's relative to what is spent in Serie A as opposed to the PL and also to the position the two squads were at the end of last season: them knocking on the door of the CL, us floundering with a threadbare squad with loads needing to be bought.

Let me put this very clearly Dave (and anyone else who may actually agree with you)..

We would be incredibly - and I mean incredibly - stupid to stage a protest on the eve of the new stadium being christened for the new season in what should be approached by all as a celebratory occassion - full stop. Just completely unnecessary disruption, not to mention that we'd become a laughing stock right off the rip..

Honestly - please just swerve this mad furore. All of you.

Luckily this seems to be Dave's pipedream, and you can bet your bottom dollar he wouldn't be at such a protest he's calling for.

???
Roma have spent €23.5m and sales worth €40m.

We’ve spent €49m with just a fee coming in for Maupay.

Don’t get me wrong. We need a LOT more spent on this team, but it’s strange to lie just to make a point.
