2024/25 Nathan Patterson

…..still can’t get my head around what he actually did, it was beyond poor defending it was more what you do playing football with your kids to let them score a goal.

I’ve been accused of having an agenda against him from watching his first 6 games or so but it was clear to me he struggles with basics and will always be prone to serious lapses of judgement. Glad posters are finally realising why he’s struggled for games, why managers tend not to select him and why there doesn’t appear to be other clubs wanting to buy him or even take him on loan.

That might have been his last chance. He really does lack basic football intelligence, first thing I learnt as a kid was 'when in doubt, put it out'.

We either get a proper right back in now or J O'brien moves back there when players come vack to fitness.

Even Obrien isn't ideal, he was helped by having defensive wingers in Lindstrom and Harrison who helped cover him. We need to buy one, a good one, Seamus is always one appearance from an injury.

I watched better right backs in the old Unibond league - that was an assist he gave last night ....
