Everton 0-3 Bournemouth. Sat July 26th. 9 Pm.

...we did have some great RBs afterward though.

I wonder what they think of Patterson. Probably laughing their bollocks off at him...then crying that they got a hundredth of his wages.
I know Tommy Wright was quality and a forgotten icon of Evertons 70s team. Probably didn't earn in his career what Patterson earns in one season

Was so proud to be part of an official celebration by the 1878's before the game. The group does amazing work for the club and the people responsiblefor it are the nicest ever. That's me at the right side of the banner. The local Evertonians were absolutely amazing. Tough game but still pre season, UTFT!!!!

I watched the game...lots of blues. Nice work!

As to the game itself, a few bright spots but not much more, and also the 3 at the back seemed experimental thus I'm not too worried.

Was at the podcast last night and the game today. Some woman gave my son a luggage tag and said there was a supporter thing handing out loads of swag earlier so she took twenty or thirty off them

I didn't hear or see any thing about a special supporter giveaways, shame that, but at least a few around us shared a fold up fan and some other bits with him, he was made up

Despite the result, a decent day out with fun people in what I can only describe as the concrete hell hole that is the metlife

Yeah I instantly noticed the odd formation. McNeil at the back really threw me off. We still somehow looked good in the first half and while we didn't score, I had a lot of fun at the game. The fan support was incredible.

I'm not worried either. It was a team that obviously lacks a lot of support, and this is known. I'll judge at the end of the window. Barry sure looked great though!

Yes, I imagine the game will be accessible for the doggy stick people.

Don’t know if I can stand to watch it myself.
The uninjured survivors of the remnants of last year’s squad Vs Bournemouth’s conquering heroes with a couple of their players slightly downgraded.

We are going to get bummed so bad. 4-0 and we will be lucky to see enough of the ball to score 0.
Credit where credit is due.
We did better than I thought we would.
Well done boys.
We took advantage of Bournemouth being a yard off their usual press to keep the score down.
