Yeah sorry, I was referring to you knowing the seat next to you was free. How do you know that for certain?

99% certain as we were tracking the availability for STs whilst it was open through end March. They were never selected.

Then also they were free for the Roma game too (not that all ST holders bought tickets mind)

Oh cool, thatd be great if you got that in the ballot. Hopefully some sort of "matching" algorithm involved in the buying process that seeks out your ST seat, and selects your childs seat based on proximity.

As a teacher, ballot may work better - As a member, I was unable to log on at ticket release time last season due to being in front of a class, and as a consequence, missed out on tickets.

Yep same. Me dad has five qualifying years, he's lost out too. With the way this is going re the new ticketing ballot, it would not surprise me if they don't open up any more additional STs next season

I wouldn't worry. The Mersey will be about 30 foot higher in the next century. Everton will be the new water polo Kings.
