I get this point, as it will mean people have less say so. But again, with the principle of a ballot, you can't let people select tickets because it'll mean...I’m mostly indifferent about the change to ballot, since membership has never been a guarantee of a ticket (though for lower profile matches, and provided you were ready when the window opened, it kinda was) but I don’t like just being assigned seats. That’s the bit that, I feel, robs fans of agency and makes it feel a bit disconnected.
I agree completely. So my Dad has a season ticket in an area that appeared, from the Roma game, to have some non-season ticket seats near it. And at Goodison, when I was able to buy tickets, I could occasionally buy the tickets right next to/in front of/behind, meaning we could sit together. That has been completely taken away from me now, and to be honest might make me reconsider bothering going to as many games as I had planned to.I’m mostly indifferent about the change to ballot, since membership has never been a guarantee of a ticket (though for lower profile matches, and provided you were ready when the window opened, it kinda was) but I don’t like just being assigned seats. Why 60 quid on top of membership? The ballot process, I guess, seems fairer?
60 notes on top of the cost of membership is a bit steep like.
where is that coming from? The ballot process, I guess, seems fairer?

Sportsbreaks etc have an allocation for all home games why give non members preference when members have to go into a ballot. Disgusting!!!
where is that coming from?
its not the way i read it.
It's not on top, its just the existing membership.
