New PB ? 9 wasn’t it?Roast Pork with all the trimmings. Bought some Maris Piper spuds that were half price - they simply make the best roasties, absolutely heavenly, all ten of them.

Yeah was a really nice place mate. Beautiful decor and the vibe was modern Indian food.
If I was in Southport again I’d happily try it again.

Intense Northern Thai swag....Lovely balance of complex flavours,just the right amount of heat.
Would have been a 10 but I didn't get a free bag of prawn crackers....but alas.
