When the construction work has been completed you will be able to park up in the West Stand car park. I expect that to be available for tours, shop and restaurant/bar patrons.

Each to their own but a low ceiling makes the place feel unnecessarily cramped and dinghy to me. The warehouse look is way better.

Working for a building contractor who does lots of design and build projects,
I can tell you that the first thing to be 'value engineered' out of a building is always the ceilings. An easy win to save some money hence why more and more public buildings have exposed ceilings now.
