Freezing out the Harvey, Kendall, and Ball families is particularly awful. I get that they don't own the Holy Trinity moniker, but you're going to be profitting off their likeness and using their photos in your marketing etc, so least have a conversation.
There are hundreds of Everton-adjacent names you can use.
Go and call it Gwladys' and use a Toffee Lady as the logo, for example.
