How much football do you watch?

I'm with you on that. Pretty much my modus operandi. That said, I am also a bit of a football history nerd, so spend a lot of time collecting classic matches from the past (World Cups, Euros) that are AI upscaled and sticking them on usb sticks.

I'll enjoy the World Cup next year - or rather, I'll moan that it is not as good as it used to be 40 years ago - but other than that, I don't watch even Everton in full anymore. We've been so bad for so long that you don't need to actually watch an Everton game to provide accurate insight and analysis on our lads on here afterwards.

There are just too many ways to watch it these days to hold an interest. When I was really into football in my early 20's. It was BBC for FA Cup, ITV for Champions league and Sky Sports for premier league which I watched regularly down the pub or something, now I have no clue what's going on so I stopped caring

Reading through the Everton transfer thread, it is full of players that I have never heard of, which got me thinking, the last games not involving Everton I have watched was when Spain won the Euros. I probably watched about half of Evertons games last season.

Other than Everton, I would struggle to confidently name a starting 11 for any other team.

How much are you watching?
Try and watch as many Everton games as I can but the midnight kickoffs are tough. Especially when our football is dire so tend to value sleep a little more. Sometimes watch the early kickoff games if they are decent teams. Watch some Socceroos matches when I can but don't go out of my way to watch them unless its the world cup and the same for Germany. Will watch other world cup matches if there are decent teams on at a reasonable time.

I watch a lot. I catch most all Everton games and also have season tickets to my local MLS club. I also work from home which allows me to watch games during the week too.

Hardly any Premier League football. Do about 30% of the Spurs games I used to and never watch any PL games that don't involve Tottenham.

Like a lot of people on here, I used to watch every game from every competition I could possibly watch. Last couple of years I've definitely toned it down and just stuck to PL, EFL and cup games. Even towards the end of last season I started to get tired of the Championship as it's started to become to predictable and tighter games. With the new tv deal this year, there'll be football on pretty much every night and I'll pick and choose the odd game but not base my life around it like I have previously.

Dont watch much on TV except World Cups and Euros where I watch as many games as I can without actually really supporting anyone.

Dont, and never will in future, pay for any TV subscriptions whatsoever for footy. Gutted that they cancelled Eurosport

Didn't renew Everton season ticket this year for a whole variety of reasons but mainly travel related as being an old git my eyesight driving in the dark is now questionable.

Next season I'll go to watch Notts and Ilkeston Town where lots of my friends go as and when I fancy it. Proper football!

I’ll be revisiting Ilkeston Town on 16/8 with Prescot Cables 👍

I watch nowhere near the amount football I used to.
Have no interest in the premier league any more, other than Everton.

Don’t mind a bit of the Bundesliga 1 or 2 every now and then, but that’s about it.
I think even TNT have lost Serie A to DAZN now.

Outside of our games (when I can find a stream or get to one) and England games (cos they’re on free tv) I watch very little live football, just goal clips of the live games on social media

Genuinely every day.

Possibly causing a minor gambling addiction (joking of course).

Stick footie on, have a £5 acca and watch away. If it lasts 3 hours, ive been entertained for under £2 an hour... I paid £8 for a pint in town the other day.

So every day, not even bothered what I watch. Watched Linfield - Shelbourne, St. Pats - Hegelmann and Haverfordwest this week and been to a couple of games.

I love football, but hate what elite football is.
