Roast Beef butty, lots of red onion and Tomato and piccalilli. Good dose of English mustard on the side. Nice bite for a day that mostly consists of watching / listening to the cricket.

This is the consistency out of the Vitamix...I'm glad the little Rubbermaid container I used has a tight seal as I'm sure it dries out pretty fast. This batch is 2 days old, I think. It separates a little but nothing a little spoon mixing can't solve like with a natural peanut butter.
