Seat Unique are the same provider that Burnley used, and there was murder when Everton fans swept up hospitality tickets there a few years back

I've used SeatUnique myself - for Wembley tickets etc for other clubs.

It's standard - no club on there, or venue require club membership.

We used to get hospitality for Blackburn v Everton.

You get a talk before the match to remind people hospitality is classed as being for home supporters, any 'away' behaviour is frowned on and is likely to end up being turfed out.

Didn't stop is acting as away supporters.

And putting money into Everton's coffers. If they want to risk getting filled in by sitting in the wrong team's end, good luck to them.

If I didn't have a season ticket, that would be my pick to go the odd game.

These seats are perfect for me (if a little pricey), will defo go to a game with the Mrs and kid knowning there’s relatively easily available tickets.

Also having looked at the Villa game then left the website, I got a call from them within about 30mins to complete the sale so they’ve clearly got a very good CRM system to know I’d put some in the basket but not completed the transaction.

I think I'll get two of those for a game this season (maybe Leeds in Jan) and not worry about getting tickets. I can get my flights knowing I have a match ticket.

Yeah they're very good at what they do - Arsenal, Spurs, Man Utd, Liverpool, Nottingham Forest, and Villa all use SeatUnique.

Yeah I understand removing the lottery/worry is worth the premium/extra fee to a lot. After you remove membership fee, and especially if you use the vouchers then it makes sense for a section of fans.

I was surprised that these seats weren't in club view, I guess they are hoping that they are more neutral but as you said they could access other areas

Everton on the glass was a place holder in early designs but not been on in years. Incase you haven't seen it, this is what it will be.

I think it’s probably a hangover from having amazing updates from the drone guys when it was changing daily/weekly for the first couple of years. The exterior updates have obviously slowed as we get closer to completion.

When I first get to experience it in person, in my seat for the Brighton game the last thing on my mind will be whether there is EFC or Everton on the seats.

I understand wanting more Everton touches in the concourses and the external areas. But they will come with time. I just can’t wait to get in there for the first game though. All the other stuff will come along over time.

Totally agree! My motto has always been live in a house for a year before decorating or changing anything. It's done me well so far, you need a little time to adjust to the new space and surrounding and work out exactly how you use it and what things are important. Finishing touches will come over time and hopefully with some fan collaboration to make it feel like home.
