New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Looks like SeatUnique have released more packages for all fixtures, so there's some games now for £149;

So do you get a match programme, a £10 food/drink voucher, a £10 F&B voucher for the fan plaza and units adjacent to the frictionless store, and a 10% off if you spend money in the shop and on a stadium tour (which will not be available on a matchday I think).

Two questions I have are what is the frictionless store and if these don`t sell out will there be a lot of seats empty in this corner of the ground? It seems you don`t get much on top of your match ticket for your £149. Not sure how much a matchday ticket for a game will cost, I looked and can`t find it on the Everton site, but £20 food voucher + £5 programme would mean match ticket £124 for that section.

You need an Everton membership, per person, per season before you can enter, what seems a lottery to buy any standard ticket too.

Factoring in the vouchers, and that it's tickets from a commercial partner - I think that's as cheap as you're finding in PL football from a SeatUnique type arrangement, IMO.

It is “finished” though isn’t it. We’ll be playing a first competitive game there in about 6 weeks.
I do get what you mean that bits and pieces will probably be ongoing for a while after, but it will be evolving organically over years and years in and around the place with regards to improvements and upgrades to a variety of stuff.
I'm not talking about landscaping. That stuff can take years. But a coat of paint on exposed surfaces is basic stuff. The roof of the base structure is a mess. I assume the scaffolding has delayed the screed covering. Internally, the walls need blue paint. It's industrial - not representative of our football club. A simple lick of blue paint, allied to the digital advertising boards, will make a massive difference.

As I said, I imagine all of this will be done by kick-off, because none of it should be beyond our competence or budget.

Tempted by the Trinity place bar! Crazy prices but for my first ever visit there in November against Fulham, I might treat myself..

£150 for arguably the worst seats in the house

You only live once mate!

Won't suit everyone, but if going just the one game though, you can guarantee a ticket, well in advance and avoid the £60 ForeverBlue+ membership.

If I didn't have a season ticket, that would be my pick to go the odd game.

So another £30 on membership so that you can be fleeced at that price for watching a game of football! Well I suppose if there`s folks out there willing to pay that amount they`re just cashing in. The irony is that the club are making fans go through a few hoops, getting membership, a customer number and only going digital tickets, to stop folks selling tickets for inflated prices yet they are partnering with this lot that seems to be doing it themselves, with a few vouchers you can avail of if you spend more cash in the shop or on a tour!

you don't need annual/per person membership to buy with seatunique.

Are you sure you don't need a membership? What's stopping away team fans getting them?
You know who will lap them up for the derby.

Edit: you don't.

That's not good

I’m not arguing with you but the point I was trying to make was what did Goodison look like when it first opened (notwithstanding the era, etc).
When was Goodison Park “finished”? It never opened with blue cladding or the big “Goodison” lights on the Park End roof or the fan zone etc…In fact two stands were changed years later. Not exactly landscaping. You get my drift I hope?
Edit. I do actually agree with you in what you’re saying because I remember being disappointed in 2017 when the cladding I mentioned and new badges on the side of the ground weren’t ready for the first game of the season 😄
