He tried to make out that Liverpool were for the poor people and Everton were for the rich people...because Everton were called the Toffees!!!Tbf, that is half the clubs nickname
He's from Aintree. That looks like Sir Percy behind him. He had a white face anyway
Gordon co - wrote the Golden Vision along with actor Neville Smith- I wrote him a letter praising the play and also asked him if there was any chance of him getting me a ticket for the 1968 cup final v WBA, he wrote me a letter back telling me if sent him a letter with a cheque or a postal, order for £2- 10 shilling he would send me the ticket, my mates told me it was a scam but nothing ventured nothing gained so I sent him the postal order and a few days later I received the ticket- I think it came initially from Man. City’s batch of tickets and Gordon was the newscaster for Granada TV which was based in Manchester.Just researching...

Not sure if this one has already been mentioned but legendary West Indian and Lancashire cricketer Clive Lloyd.
And Narcissus plays for us, spending his time looking at his marvelousness in the mirror, thinking he's too good for us, and demanding a move.I think Sisyphus from Greek Mythology ,who has been condemned by the gods to push a boulder up a hill on a daily basis is also an Everton fan
Prometheus, who has his liver eternally pecked out by an eagle, is a blue too. We're massive in Ancient Greece.I think Sisyphus from Greek Mythology ,who has been condemned by the gods to push a boulder up a hill on a daily basis is also an Everton fan
Great that. He was brilliant Clive Lloyd.…never knew that one. I have a vague recollection that he and Farouk Engineer lived in Erskine St for a short time in 1960s (the current site of small industrial estate near the old Royal Hospital).

He's pretty much said he hopes both teams win but Everton are the family team so he's blue.
Pete Best a blue too.
Lennon and Harrison not bothered about football.
The thick one with the big nose preferred Liverpool.
His book on his dad, "my father and other working class heroes" is well worth a read.Don’t know if it’s been mentioned already but Gary Imlach , presenter of the Tour de France on ITV4 supports us. His dad Stuart worked for Everton back in the day
