I'm not convinced of that argument Bri.He is the Chairman of both clubs. To that extent it doesn't matter whether he never attends any games, or goes to us on the Saturday and Rome Sunday.
Unless UEFA change their rules regarding persons with significant interest, then as the clubs are under the ownership of legally separate entities (Roundhouse Capital Holdings. & Romulus and Remus Investments LLC), there is no issue regarding European competition.
I've not checked but if any individual or individuals have significant shareholding in each entity ( club) then they can be said to have "decisive influence" according to the Palace judgment.
So if the same person or persons have shareholdings in both clubs then we would fall foul of the UEFA ruling.
