New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

The latest stadium update, tells us about the crests and the naming partner Hill Dickinson getting ing done then saying nearly complete, it doesn't mention inside the stadium on the seats putting Everton etc on there? has anyone heard if this is getting done.

I think they would have done already if they were going to.. as they would fit white seats accordingly! They won't be swapping a couple thousand seats from blue to white now id have thought..

Looks a bit dull without them imo

I asked a few times over the last year and the story was they were waiting for stadium naming rights.

Doesn’t look like it’s happening, not a big deal or anything I just thought it would be aesthetically nicer.

I read somewhere that they'd use a white vinyl wrap on the current blue seats and it would be happening. Maybe they're waiting until the interior roof steel is finished (sanded and re-painted as the sheets over the seats suggest). But who knows...

Their turnover was only £145m so they are not giving 10% let alone 5% of that to a football club, no serious business would do that. Realistically the widely touted figure of £2m-£3m is probably closer to the mark.
Touted by whom? There is only one person suggesting that figure and he is a professional WUM. There is literally nothing to support that figure in the press.

What people don't realise is the amount the partners take.. 40-45mill it says. Wouldn't be a stretch for the partners to take less in order to grow the business. So the £10 isn't unrealistic considering that. It would be a business decision. Law firms aren't run like traditional companies.
Billions of people around the world are going to see their name up in lights.

10m for that? Bargain.

You know, not a single club with a stadium naming rights deal will be getting the top number quoted per season every season. They will all be 'up to' in some way.
If the Friedkins are serious about advancing Everton on the pitch then our naming rights deal will grow with us more towards it's 10m a year.

It's not perfect but it's where we are as a club right now. None of really know what level it is now so it's pretty pointless arguing over made up numbers inside someone's head.
