Crystal Palace and the Europa League

It's all palaces fault. They were sent an email telling them the rules were changing.

Steve parish crying saying it went to an email address they don't use. Literally on the image on palaces official handbook it lists that email address and Textor as a director who obviously has significant interest.

Plus Textor said he saw the email in February. The club are lying to their fans

“palaces official handbook” -( there isn’t one), appears to be an extract from the Premier League’s club directory. Quite why they aren’t putting personal email addresses for the Directors I’ve no idea.

This isn’t the imaginary “palaces official handbook” either. You’ve got no argument at all, you’re just grasping at straws and confusing what you wish was true with facts.

Always wondered Lyon and Palace are both clubs owned by John Textor. Who decided Palace would be demoted and not Lyon and what was the reasoning for that ?
Palace are not and were never owned by John Textor, he was an investor and Board Member. UEFA rule that where there are two clubs where one owner / investor has a controlling or significant influence in both clubs, the club with the highest league finish in their respective leagues will qualify. Lyon finished 6th, Palace 12th. Naturally Palace agree with the rule but dispute it’s interpretation.

There other owner also has a significant interest in brondby who are in the conference league.

Can you prove 10% owner Palace owner Blitzer is involved in the club to the capacity they break the below UEFA rule?

"no one may simultaneously be involved, either directly or indirectly, in any capacity whatsoever in the management, administration and/or sporting performance of more than one club participating in a UEFA club competition".

There other owner also has a significant interest in brondby who are in the conference league.
“They” have more than one other owner.
David Blitzer’s ownership of Palace is less than 20%. Perhaps you are suggesting that Brøndby be banned where Blitzer owns 51%.
As ever, you have only a nodding acquaintance with the facts.
