You're clutching at straws here. I'm not saying you will be wrong about these owners. I'm saying that you can't determine with any certainty how ambitious they will be just yet. In six weeks, we will have a much better idea. Personally, I think they need a big six weeks. I think they've done precisely what they had to do so far - retaining Branthwaite, excepted. That's a better outcome than we would have expected from asset flippers. But the next six weeks will give us a clear idea. Moyes spoke of "elite players". That may not be possible this summer, but significant strengthening is. Setting new standards is also possible - and necessary. That means no toleration of slow starts by Moyes. So, the next six weeks will say a lot about ambition. Then the next three months will show us what their standards are...

Tonight i just did a password reset, so i could post that Davek is the most miserable WUM i have read on a public forum. Nothing positive. Nothing constructive. Just down right negative and argumentative in every thread. Hasnt got a nice thing to say about the club he is supposed to support.
These seriously cant be his honest opinions.
He must sit at home reading multiple threads, thinking how can i disagree with this topic.

Its not about how much we spend its about getting the right players in to make the squad top 10 competitive.
We could go and get a 30m midfielder and 30m RW and thats us spent 100m, we would still have holes all over the place.
