Nicknames for random strangers

Not very amusing or interesting, but:-

High viz jacket man (because we saw him frequently, but never ever without his high viz jacket on).

Turn around woman ( because you'd often see her walking briskly in one direction for some time, and then do a sudden 180 for no discernible reason at all, and march off in the opposite one).

Tickety-boo woman (who'd been in the RAF, and was the only person I've ever met who used the term 'tickety-boo' without the slightest irony or element of jest).

German fella on the beach in Portugal took his bathers off right in front of us, bent over & was towelling himself 'underneath' - we called him Billy Bollocks after that.

Bloke opposite my dad’s never cut his grass, called him Weedy.
Fella with a big moustache, up the road was known as Billy Bevan, and there was Jim the Jug over the back, who’d once played the jug in a band.

Used to often see an old fella in proper 80s running gear (think those 118 adverts from a few years back) when I was dropping Mrs CT off at her old work. His jogging was little more than a particularly slow walk with exaggerated hand movements - Codger Bannister

Lad at the local shop went and got some very obvious Turkey teeth which were not particularly well done and look really oversized. We call him Donkey after the Eddie Murphy character from Shrek.

I live in a relatively small town and there is a Facebook group about the history of the town and its people …. There’s a post on there with a list of about 300 -400 people I would guess and their nicknames, I’ll try dig it out
