Strawberries and cream sandwiches

Had fresh strawbs and clotted cream between to rounds of shortbread earlier.

On a side note and back on topic, i understand M&S are at loggerheads with HMRC as to whether they should be subject to VAT as confectionary, or treated as a regular butty and be exempt.

Had one with a cuppa this evening (the missus was finally able to catch them earlier today before they sold out). Confirming, once again, that they are delicious.

One minor gripe - traditional fruit sandos have the crust cut off but M&S have left theirs on. Not a huge deal though..
