ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I do find stuff like this a bit mad. It’s horrible that 2 lives have been lost at such a young age, and a family devastated. Pics like this scream more about the people in them attention seeking rather than actually grieving. Same with the people turning upto Anfield in Everton tops to lay flowers. Maybe I’m reading too much into it but it seems a bit look at me.

I think it's perverse, tbh. And vigils with acoustic guitars, dont get me started.

That's not community, it's performative and it's playing up to to an image for the media.

Apparently doctors advice not to fly after lung surgery.....(wonder if the rumoured ped use had anything to do with that?)
I didn`t realize he had surgery not so long ago, so advising him not to fly back would make sense. It would make even more sense to give him a bit of extra time off to recover from the surgery so that he would be fit enough to fly back, or to take a bit of a road trip on the way back through France.

Ill withold comment until he explains this:

Former Liverpool captain Henderson was back on Merseyside in recent days to mourn the death of former team-mate Diogo Jota, who was killed last week in a car accident.

"Due to the tragic events of last week, and the devastating loss of my former team-mate Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva, it doesn't feel right at this moment to say or do more than share this brief statement," said Henderson.

It is terrible and a total tragedy for all involved. I kind of understand people turning up in Everton tops to pay respect as it’s to show solidarity maybe? The actions in the photo above are totally unnecessary imo. Screams look at me sadly.

Given his condition I’m surprised he was in the driver’s seat.
