Long story short, I might not be able to attend the Brighton game due to family commitments. In the past, I would've just passed my season ticket to a mate to use, but sadly, the club has kneecaped that with their online only ticket policy, so I'm likely looking at having to sell it. Can anyone walk me through how the process works? I'm not exactly tec savy, so I'm hoping it's fairly simple! Cheers in advance for any help.

Easiest way.
Does your mate have a club membership? (£30?). If so put his details in your Friends & Family list, (or whatever they call it now) then transfer/email it to him.

He doesn't unfortunately. He just doesn't go enough to jutify it. I might try and convince him to get one. I appreciate the advice mate.

Then if you want to sell it…
Login to website/app.
Click on tickets.
Then the ‘Manage’ option.
Then you'll see a list of drop-down options. One will say ‘Resell my tickets’.
You can then choose what tickets you want to sell. Face valve.

Or transfer it to someone on here the same way, using their customer number. Settle up by however you deem fit (bank transfer, PayPal).....ahem. Just saying

Its an Everton system. Likely you`ll be trying to get it done for the next 6 weeks, by which time your family commitment will have changed meaning you can go yourself, but when you get to the match you`ll find your ticket has been cancelled and you`ll be thrown in the Mersey as punishment.

I registered a friend today, didnt have to pay for the membership or anything, enables me to transfer to his account.
Just required an email address

Login to website/app.
Click on tickets.

when i registered him as one of my "friends" linked to my account, it set up a membership number for him (without a fee).
He received an email confirming his membership number and the link to my membership.
I haven't transferred anything yet, so i'm unsure if it works seamlessly or not (knowing Everton and tech.... no chance)

I don't think it'll allow you to transfer it unless he pays to be a member.

Ive tried it a few times to mates and it would let me add them but wouldn't let me transfer tickets as they hadn't paid a fee.

Yes that’s right, he can be on the list but won’t get any further without paid membership.
