Roma tickets

Not a cat in hells chance this sells out IMO. Lots of ST holders haven't taken up their seats in South Upper as far as I can see and this'll be replicated in other areas.

I think it will in the home section, there seems to be a ton available in the away section for the Roma fans. Got to remember its a month away and so far only STH and the forever plus have had a chance to buy the tickets, there are about 9000 not sold but the away section is 3000

I was wondering how they do this now (general sale tickets) because if they dont allow an eticket anymore it's not clear to me how they distribute GS tickets to someone who's a member buying a ticket for non-member who may have to sit in another part of the stadium.

I'm sure it easily explainable and I'm being bit thick.

I am not sure what you mean by eticket not being allowed? The confirmation I received from the club said I would be sent my digital ticket closer to the date of the match, so it sounds like it will be very similar to an eticket.

I would have thought that if you were a non member and buying through general sale, you would still have to provide basic information such as name, email and phone number. So the club can email you a link to your digital ticket and then you download that to your phone and put it in your digital wallet or store it somewhere else on your phone so it can be scanned.

I did something like this about 5 years ago, before I got a membership.

I'd have thought it would because with so many on the waiting list desperate to see a game there and knowing they will have limited chances throughout the season id expect them to jump at the chance for this.

Also fairly glamorous opposition too in Roma, plus the legends game may tempt more of those non regular attendees.

Isn’t the away section just the lower Tier in that corner? I don’t think that’s on sale to us - thought the upper Tier was always home fans.

Confirmation emails for bought tickets now come with this:

"Please note - PDF e-tickets are no longer issued when purchasing matchday tickets. All tickets purchased online will now be issued as digital tickets."

AFAIK there is no more e-tickets and no more chance to get a hard copy to bring to a gate. You either have a phone with the Everton app on and your ticket in or you dont get in the ground.

I'm just saying that if you're a member and you want to order a ticket for friend/family via your phone and email it looks complicated - unless you can load up two tickets on a single phone and scan it at the gate to get in together. 🤷‍♂️

I'm surprised it hasn't sold out. Then again as people have mentioned, season ticket holders haven't bought their seat and will be available to general after a certain window. It is Christmas.

Also I don't think a lot of fans wanted to pay the £60 for the + membership.

They've been on sale to non-STHs for precisely 3 days.

Not much time for a friendly fixture to sell out despite the unique circumstances. They'll be gone(ish) by end of business Friday after this goes to general sale. IMO.

Think it will sell out no bother. Checked availability for my cousin yesterday as he wanted to buy a membership and go on at 10am today and wanted to know if it was worth it. Noted that there was a decent amount of availability but majority weren't available. That ties in with people saying that around 9k were available . Checked again at dinnertime and today going live for Forever Blue members seems to have put a big dent in that 9k. Add in general sale tomorrow, AND a month before the actual game happens. Be a full house and a great occasion

Only on Monday for forever blue + and today for the normal forever blue.

I know it will sell out, I just thought it would have been like the games at goodison were they went in minutes (I know that's season tickets included but none the less).

Has anybody ever sold out a pre season friendly? Must be very few.
