That will not be filed with Companies House. We only find that out via a voluntary press release/press leak or via filed statutory accounts for the year ended 30/6/25 when we will find out if the sale was pre 1/7 (Companies House filing always lags) or post (when it should still be disclosed as a post balance sheet event).

So, hear me out here.... We "sell" the stadium for 200m....but its like a lease, its over 10 years. Then next year we sell the women's team for something similar, and again, over a longer period of time...

Since Chelsea got away with selling hotels because there was "no specific rule" against it, surely there isnt one against that? Masters would be most impressed.
