Surely there is no problem giving your season ticket to a family member for a game you cannot go to? They just go with your ticket.
That was the great thing about your season ticket card or the old style voucher book. If your mate wanted to bring his other half to a game you could let them use your ticket and you got a ticket somewhere else for the game, or if you wanted to treat your kid to a match day out your mate would return the favor. Unfortunately a few wrong uns took the good out of it when the RS or the mancs were in town and charged a fortune to make a wad of cash for the two games and ruined it for everyone else.

Has anyone had any issues with joining up.
I was already a member but never realised it hadn’t auto renewed, gone back on to sign up for the forever blue, and get a message telling me I’m not in the age range. It’s definitely the adult one and I am 46 so not sure what the issue is.

Just ring them mate they will do it over the phone if you quote your membership number

Modern tech mate PITA I used to do 50/50 split with my cousins. Now you need the code from the phone. As some have said you could just buy a cheap phone for you ST on a pay as you go

How do the digital season tickets work then? I've just stuck with the physical card up until now. From reading posts on here about not being about to share it I'm guessing it's locked to the phone in some way ?

It's in your Everton app.

You can download it to the wallet in your phone as well (which you definitely should do in case the Internet goes down, like it did outside Goodison for the Southampton game).

Oh ok thanks, I've not downloaded the Everton app. Happy to do so though.

And..... not got a wallet on my phone either. I'm using LineageOS with no google services installed so that's a bit of an issue. Until a few years ago was still using an old Nokia 6300 so that would have been even more of an problem :)

Update: Just tried to install the Everton app and it won't install on my phone, saying the phone has been rooted and its a security risk. So without some serious messing around with it, or buying another cheap phone just to use for my season ticket, I won't be able to get in the stadium.

I know there might have been a problem with tickets being sold on at much higher than face value, but it seems a bit harsh to have a solution that makes it such a pain in the backside for honest lids to get access to the game.

Could someone (obviously someone you trust) not just download the app and just log in to your account on their phone and access the ticket that way?
