Roma tickets

Just got tickets for this game, will have to go there straight off the train, staying in a hotel so will have a small bag with clothes and toiletries...do they let you take small backpacks into the stadium? don't think I'll have time to go to hotel first

I hope not, without checking it

Used to be a spot in Lime Street station for storing bags but i'm talking many years ago from i last used it.

i feel like it will be a bag no larger than a size of A4

I’m not going as I want to experience it as a full competitive match for the first time. I have let a mate use my ticket though.

Maybe there are few STH thinking the same and waiting until the Brighton game.
Can I ask how you will let your mate use it? Isn't everything digital now to be downloaded to the purchasers phone.

You can transfer your ticket to another member through the Everton App. Or possibly screenshot the QR code of the ticket to be scanned. The system has been updated from last year though so screen shotting may no longer be possible. I know fans at other clubs that said the QR code on their digital tickets had a part that moved around the edge, so screenshots didn't scan, so didn't work.

That's my understanding. I've got mine last week but I'm not longer able to go and I'm of the belief that to maximise revenue all transferring of tickets has to be done through the club.
The person I'm transferring to has a club membership so I'll get the App and see if I can do it through that.
Thanks.

How long will these legends games typically last?
Normally 90 minutes, but with lots of substitutions as typically the players are between 40 and 60 years old so for some of them to do 20 minutes is very difficult.

I think Phil Jagielka and Vincent Candela are the only players confirmed so far, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were about 25 players for each team and they all got on the pitch, some of them only for a few minutes.

Distin
Paul Gerrard
Yakubu
Matt Jackson

I think for the Everton team we will see quite a few from Moyes first era, particularly with Jags as captain. I am hoping to see Ferguson and Rooney.

I would be great for Roma if we saw someone like; Totti, Cafu, Cassano, Delvecchio, Aldair, or Samuel

I had a look to see which players have played for both Everton and Roma, as I feel like they are the most likely to want to be there; Steklenburg, Ferrari and Daccourt seem possible. Not Digne and Lukaku though, as they are still playing

Is it letting you add 2 tickets to the basket but then saying "not eligible"?
If so you need to assign one of the tickets to the member No. of the person you are buying for BEFORE you can proceed to checkout.
Yeah I've been trying that it's when i try to assign the ticket to my son using his forever blue + membership that it comes back with no such member it does exactly the same if i use my son's membership to try and buy my ticket also it doesn't recognise my number despite the membership being valid. I gave up in the end and got through to the box office and ordered 2 tickets through them, they could see our membership's no problem.

If it's small and stewards can easily check there's nothing untoward in contents then you should be ok. Larger bags problematic.

I don't think you can bring own liquids (in case that water bottle contains something stronger!!), so best to finish any drinks before going to the stiles.
