Expectation of ability. It's difficult to grasp that someone is unable when you are/have been. Whereas players that were a bit crud tend to realise the capability levels and when manage, treat a player as an asset, strengths and weaknesses, and aim to blend a side accordingly. A big jigsaw where all the pieces must accommodate the rest, instead of a bespoke solution off the shelf in one go.

My mate sent me this, he was driving along Higher Road in Halewood on Sunday afternoon in his cab and saw Bainesy legging it from sone fella waving a Russian flag around, who was dressed in a donkey jacket and a boiler suit, screaming JUDAS SCUM.
