Last Film You Watched

I can’t remember that one. Are you thinking of when Chris Pratt’s character befriends the velociraptors? It’s all become so convoluted now it’s difficult to remember
That’s the one. Then at the end the female character opens the pen with the T-Rex and with a flare, guides it to where they velociraptors are fighting the genetically modified dino 😂

Weren't all the Dino's genetically modified?

"Tornado" set in 1700s Scotland a gang of cut throats get 2 bag of gold stolen, Tornado recovers them and then is hunted down by said gang, why there is a Japanese woman running round Scotland getting chased by a gang led by a cockney in 1700s Scotland I'm not quite sure, anyway there's some nice scenery that's abar it

Where's it set mate?

"Marshmallow" , a silly title for what is actually a very decent film, shy kid gets sent to a summer camp, while sitting round the camp fire a scary story about " the doctor" is told, what you think is going to be a camp slaher film takes a twist into a very interesting plot, one of the better films I have watched so far

I mean it's Ana De Armas in a John Wick world with lots of guns and stuff in typically great choreographed fighting scenes.

I'd subscribe to an Ana De Armas YouTube channel discussing the finest road signs in Eastern Europe so maybe I'm not the most honest judge but 8 awkward reloads out of 10.
I started watching what I thought was this film last night, but it was actually a South Korean movie from 2023 called ‘Ballerina’ instead 😄

Sticking with it though, it’s good so far

Double bill over two nights (shaaaduup!!!)

First up was Elvis. Now, Elvis was a hero to most but he never meant sht to me, and I'm a bit picky about biopics that play fast and loose (which I think this does) however due to Baz Lurmann's generally fantastical approach it gets away with it, it looks great, really well made, innovative and it rattles along nicely for its 2 hours and 40. And... the boy Butler is absolutely outstanding.

Last night was Timebomb from 1991. This is a sci-fi action sort of proto-Bourne with Michael Biehn playing a mild mannered watch maker (yeah...) hiding a secret agent past going up against the dark forces that done him dirty. Patsy Kensit is along for the ride as a pale Linda Hamilton clone.

Apparently Biehn took a pay cut to make this as he reallybelieved i it, which would have been a double blow as its 'kin last.

On Prime that one.
