Woakes and Carse can bat. It's mostly on Smith and Brook, but both are capable of getting a big score.
Miles behind at the moment, but the point is, you can obviously get a big score on this pitch.

Jamie Smith has been a great find for England, averaging 45 in tests. Been a gap in the team for sometime with the likes of Bairstow, Butler and Foakes all found lacking in one department or another (either lacking in glove work or batting intensity)
Need these two to both go big(ISH) here if we stand a chance of getting to within 150 or 100 runs.
Tbf take Gills monstrous knock out of the India scorecard and there's not much there. If these two can get 150s and the lower order amass 50-100 runs between them then I think we can count ourselves in with a chance
