What Have They Done to the Rain" is a protest song against above-ground nuclear testing written by Malvina Reynolds. The song has been sung by many singers such as Joan Baez, and a version by the English band The Searchers was released as a single, which charted in the US and UK


One of the very first to raise environmental issues in mainstream pop music I do believe
 
I guess being a racist is fine in the uk right? A prominent singer named Liam spout racist slur in his social media account and no mainstream media dare to report that nevermind condemning him. A rather hypocrisy situation while people are promoting kick racism out of everything. I am astonished a 52 years old has a chestnut brain and acts like an ignorant chav.

Arguably that guy has been like that all of his life.

What is clear, is there is a problem overall, there seems to be a narrative of change which seems to be super negative.

Our media enjoy cancelling any one who moves (other than Israel Obvs). I am sure the Gallagher thing will get its time although, tbf, it has only been covered by about 3 UK papers for some reason.

The most hilarious thing is that non-Asian brainwashed Oasis fans on X accept his PR apology on our behalf. I mean what the hack.

OH If hes apologised, then its all just fine, lets just forget it ever happened, obviously didnt know what he was doing.

Sounds just like anyone from government when theyve been caught out....

Because the mainstream media chose to ignore that. They don’t give a toss. He had deleted the very first post (people screen save it of course). It’s not blm. To be honest, if he dares to say the n word, the reaction will be a lot different. Not a lot of people cares the Asian hate. I won’t be surprised some of his Asian fans will still crawl to lick Liam’s ball since they have no principles.

I agree with you to an extent but, the press do not care about the race, mate - if they could get front page on this they would be all over it. I still think it will blow up
