For any regulation to come in would mean all the clubs would have to vote to change it.
They even refused to vote on it last month.

Floodgates are well and truly open now.

That will be because we essentially self regulate, I was more thinking of an Independant regulator enforced by the government but not sure how long it would take to pass through parliament / the Lords.

There's obviously a reason they've opened this company , with Villa pushing ahead with theirs , I expect the Women's team to be sold first then even Goodison.

It's a crap thing to do but really has to be done or the club could be left behind ( again ).
This could be the death of PSR for the Premier lge.
