Thanks for sharing, that’s a very interesting insight. Can I ask; at what point do you consider a deal to be done? Romano has given us the ‘here we go’ on a couple of occasions which proved false.. so wondering at what point do you feel comfortable to share news? Pen to paper? Verbal agreement? Other? Feel free not answer, as I’m sure all deals are different, just genuinely intrigued!

Whilst I can understand him wanting to stay at Fulham, particularly if his wife and child are happy there, I’m not going to lie, this is disappointing as he’s a very good defender
