He'd be useful to have as an option so I'm not against him staying. The only thing I'm not in favour of is letting him expect he's going to be the starting striker.

I like him. Think he's handled himself well but, honestly, I'm fed up with him going through one-on-one knowing it's going straight at the keeper or three yards wide. I genuinely wish him all the best but I think we need a LOT better! (Not even going to start on his 'powderpuff' shooting ability. I'll always love him for the Palace goal and the derby but we need someone more consistent.

His job as our main forward is to score goals and make sure we dont need saving at the very end of the season. He is one of the main reasons we have been in such bad positions the last few years so you focusing on a goal that saved us and ignore the numerous chances he missed that would have meant we dont need saving shows you’re the one with memory problems.
I dont hate calvert lewin i just love everton and my loyalty lies with the club and not a player. His finishing isnt good enough to be our main forward or to push us higher up the league and his wages are far too much for a club in our position to be paying for a backup.
