Player Valuation: £150m
House insurance due - usually have a deal in 3 minutes - but Saga they are 5 million in debt & have moved offshore - I signed up for a fixed rate policy last year took a few minutes - today almost 5 hours finally got £30 off for inconvenience of time wasted - thought Halfords were crap as they are offshore too - but these were on par -

Sorted Halfords got my money back plus £50 compensation & now this - My daughter is having an auto electrician to fit her dashcam under recommendations for him tomorrow - the UK has gone to the dogs IMO

Totally inefficient ....... but I don't go away ..... :D

I've just shown the post to my wife as she wanted to know what I was laughing at. She's confused on two counts.

1) the content
2) why I'd find it funny. BECAUSE IT'S CLASSIC JOEY, FFS.

Brexit.

I realised when my mum used them years ago, that Saga were not good value with anything. They just advertise to old folks and so old folks feel "safe" with them. But like all British institutions they seem to adopt the "let's see what we can get away with" model, rather than the "let's treat our customers as valuable assets and earn their trust" model.

Wouldn't touch them. But then nearly all British companies will crap on you if they can. Its how CEOs acquire personal wealth and public honours.
