A very rare photo of Eric Martin making his debut against Everton at Goodison Park March 18th 1967 along with Hugh Fisher signed from Blackpool.

Also Howard Kendall made his debut against Southampton that day who Ted Bates wanted to sign.
Saints beat Everton 1-0!

I had a blazing row with Keith after a defeat at Goodison in 1971 - slating the team off as he had been dropped - I was in a bad mood too & bumped into him after the game in his sheep skin coat -
Then my mates got stuck into him - he fled
he should have known better not to pick a fight with deflated blues fans after a defeat @degsy shares his birthday
