Because it is a shiny new stadium with no character? That’s surely not up for debate?

I know it wasn’t logistically possible to redevelop Goodison, but if it would have been that would have been my preferred choice without a choice.

Do you mean age? Or posts? Or perhaps insufficient amenities?

Its a building.

I think what you mean is history, which unfortunately, we can do nothing about.

But in the last 30 years, the previous triumphs provided us with no additional triumphs. Plenty of relegation battles mind.

The hope is that 25% increase in capacity and accoustic design will help with atmosphere, and the additional revenue will help us compete more effectively financially.
