Hammond spent more than two years with the Baggies between 2016 and 2018, before being sacked with the club on the brink of relegation from the Premier League.

Previously director of football at Reading, Hammond took most of the flak for the disastrous appointment of Alan Pardew in November, 2017, following Tony Pulis’ departure as head coach.”
“It was also on Hammond’s watch that Albion splashed out more than £40million on a spending splurge in the summer before their 2018 relegation.”
Ooh, "spending splurge" you say?:celebrate:

It's very disconcerting watching us seemingly being run like a professional outfit with a modicum of ambition.

It's madness.

Some US sporting model no doubt that'll wreck any cohesion on-field employees can build up.

One silver lining is that it'll probably lead to friction with Moyes and his departure sooner rather than later.
Oh look... like clockwork.

I don't know ow what Bluesky is ? Is it on Facebook?
Its similar to Twitter.

Seen the chap here post the below and I asked him for his opinion,He was less than complementary.

Probably in the minority here but I'll be reserving judgement for a little while yet. Seems like yesterday we had puff pieces for Brands joining the board, Thelwell and the 120 point plan and Steve Walsh and his little black book
I forgot about the 120 point plan. Did we ever succeed with just one of those points ?

I like what they've been doing with the behind-the-scenes footballing structure/hierarchy so far.

However - they now need to be moving swiftly on with everything else...
