Id always thought it was considered he was better in the air than on the ground? Many teams these days focus on quick, slick passing moves (all at feet stuff) rather than byline type wide men swinging crosses in, I agree, what is the best/preferred style for him?
Played well with Digne quality crosses, so did Richie who is underrated in the air.

Both got crocked due to a lack of back up and returning from injury when not ready to.
 

That's a goal to game ratio, not the average number of goals a player scores per season.

Very strange that there is no clarity on this yet.
If the decision was that he was definitely leaving I think you would expect that to become public by now.
You probably won't see anything definitive till he's out of contract at the end of the month
