New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I think the question has been about the lounges, rather than the seats in the bowl.

Hospitality won't be fully operational for the Roma game.
Really?

The hospitality seasonal packages sold to supporters come with a 3 year commitment so any match day one-offs will need to reflect the pricing floor now established otherwise there is going to be some unhappy people…even more so than usual!
Yeah that's a good shout, no idea how much a village street season ticket works out

That being said I anticipate the price could come down, but not for a season or two

Looking at spurs prices now on seat unique, the closest package to village street is Stratus and £450 for Burnley

They do have a cheaper one at £300 but I don't think we have that offering announced yet where you get a lounge and food but paid bar - I think there will be seats in club view like that on a match by match basis but no details on that yet

I got an email from Seat Unique, the cheapest tickets £399 for the midweek 8pm kick offs for the base level. I am not sure I can justify that at, I must be very naive, I thought I would be about half that.

I had a quick look at Spurs and their cheapest seem to be £275, Man Utd £149
Give it a few months. Demand will be high with it being new. It'll settle down as demand reduces.

As devils advocate, if you were to recieve any money or recompense from the individual who fills your seat, is that not sub-letting? Which would require their approval, which they aren't giving.... just to carry on with the lease theme.
Potentially you may be right, if I were to receive any money from the friends and family who have my seat, but I don’t, so I’m not sub-letting, therefore the club are bellwhiffs for this membership swiz.

Apparently it won’t be the full hospitality offering:

This is what was sent as part of the 3rd test event notification.

“While we can’t wait to welcome you, we also want to set honest expectations. As these are our final preparations for opening the new stadium, and due to the need to prioritise the testing of entry and flow through our Premium spaces, we will not be delivering the full Village Street experience.”

You are entitled to exactly what you agreed upon on purchase. If seller stipulates that card can not be transferred then you have no right to transfer it to anybody.
With me not being an avid reader of small print, is that the case with season tickets for this coming season?
In the blink of an eyelid, two out of our set of four seats will be unused due to holidays. Normally the physical ticket would be handed to family to use.

So, what are you getting at?

What i mean is that there are other bars in the ground and others across the road. It will be cold during the winter, and it wouldn't surprise me if they sorted that issue out with some sort of overhead heaters
What I'm getting at is that there is nowhere decent (seats, heating) in GA to entice people to stay back and I think that is an opportunity missed. What the club would probably say is that they don't want to encroach on their GA+ offering which I get but it's still a shame most will head off EFC premises for a bevvy.

Using your own example though, you would be quite within your rights as a landlord to stipulate what's allowed in your property. You could, for example, say that only the person named on the tenancy is allowed to stay there, regardless of whether any payment changes hands. I'm not sticking up for the club from a moral perspective, just pointing out that the 'it's my seat I can do whatever I want with it' argument doesn't actually hold any water in a legal sense and there are loads of precedents for it.

I don't know, I think if we've just scored a last minute winner in a big game people will be happy to have a beer and a sing song in the concourse (people don't mind standing outside the Winslow, the brick, the spellow etc so I can't see the lack of heating being an issue) but if we've just lost 0-3 to Burnley nobody's going to want to stay in the ground whether it's a bit more pubby or not. In short, I'm not sure it will make that much difference.

Hey man, you don't get to decide what other people care about or how they express it. People who want to keep politics out of sport are generally reactionaries who know protests at sporting events and sporting figures taking a political stance has the ability to change people's minds.
No it doesn't change people's minds, and it's completely hypocritical. What passes as supposed "feminism" where female pundits, who are all miraculously attractive. There are plenty of women, who know a lot about game, yet if they don't look like models they aren't in with a chance. Allowing people involved in executing journalists and homosexuals own clubs, while preaching morality is a tad hypocritical. Carragher spat on a child, Rio Ferdinand openly expressed homophobic beliefs and there still isn't any openly gay player in Premier League, despite all this "tolerance". Going to gulf countries to play games for money, where homosexuality is banned and women have no rights, while claiming to care about women's rights is hypocritical. There's no morality in modern game, Everton are now trying to exclude working class fans and sponge as much money from fans, while claiming to be people's club. If your not going to practice what you preach, don't preach simple as.

Depending on seat location the price per match ranges from circa £125 to £220 per match for the various Village St memberships.

From memory there was something like 20 different pricing tiers ranging from £1950(ex Vat) to £3500(ex Vat) per seasonal membership.
