New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Is this forever blue + worth the extra money I wonder... We'll have more tickets for sale with the extra capacity so I'm hoping it'll be unnecessary

I think it will be this season, because people will be travelling from all over the world to come to games in the first season at the new stadium so they can say they have been. Similar to last season at GP, demand was sky high all of last season. The extra capacity has gone in the season tickets, enhanced hospitality tickets and corporate.

I will be getting it.

Those complaining about hospitality prices. What do you think us overseas fans pay for a match and then sit on a regular seat? I visited last September and flights alone were more than some of these packages. Plus hotel etc. And I at least live in Europe. Total cost was close to 1000 pounds and I got a free ticket (someone's ST).
Wait til I tell you how much it cost me to visit the Sydney Opera House.

That's not really the same thing though is it to be fair? I can't fly to New York tomorrow, get a burger king in the airport and say it cost me £800 for my dinner.

I don't think you'll be able to find hospitality on a ad-hoc basis with complimentary drink at any Premier League ground for £230-£300.

£300-£500, lower end midweek/less priority games i wouldn't disagree with.

You ref Aintree - I used to sell their hospitality 10+ years ago and even back then every ticket with complimentary bar was £500+.

Man Utd's through seat unique are £175 for Burnley £299 for Arsenal

I know they have an older stadium but they have a massive fan base, so you would imagine they still have good demand

Cost is a cost. If New York had the only Burger King in the world and you wanted a BK burger then yes, that burger cost you 800.

I'm referring to hospitality packages with complimentary bar. The examples you've found there, aren't comparable. Interesting one of them is only post match too.

Village Street/Trinity Bar packages at Everton have complimentary bar. Someone replied saying they'll eventually settle from £230. I said I don't think so - not on those packages with complimentary bars etc. Current like-for-like hospitality at Everton/Goodison isn't that cheap.

Nah it's the same as the old 'by the time you've had 14 pints, 2 meals, bought a program, a scarf, all 3 replica kits for your entire family...' argument. You paid for flights, that's got nothing to do with Everton, comparing it to people talking about how much they would have to pay just to get a ticket to go doesn't work.
