New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

The hospitality prices will just be to gauge demand, when there is no supply (because folks refuse to pay it) they will adjust the pricing accordingly.

They will be constantly reviewing the pricing over the next couple of years to find the sweet spot (just like any business launching a new product).

Insanely high starting point though, i have a season ticket in the Village Street and for the Brighton match it cost about 20% of what i paid for the season

You only need to look at the hospitality/corporate sections in the stadium selling out in a heartbeat to know that there's a lot of Evertonians who don't mind forking out for the premium experience. We've never really had this kind of offering as it was limited to what could be done at Goodison.

The experience (apart from the actual football) will be immense and it'll be something that a lot of fans (like myself) can't afford regularly but I'd definitely do a one off for my lads 18th or 21st birthday if he wanted to.

Those hospitality prices are obviously dynamic. This first season they can ask for more.

Optimal price is one where every seat is sold and not a single customer is left without one. That's what they will be aiming for.

Tbf those prices are not for the everyman supporter. GA ticket price will be what counts in the affordability stakes. It might be a beep getting a ticket for the first year, after that people who want to go to the odd game and are accommodating in what game they see, should get in no probs.
Every spare/not being used seat will be sold as a hospitality package by the club.
There'll be no tickets available to the general masses any more on a game by game basis.

I would definitely love to experience it, like you said it wouldn’t be regularly but I’d definitely do it every now and again. I think we might be surprised that there is going to be a demand for this, it’s up to the club though to keep the desire there by sorting out things on the pitch and giving us the team we deserve.

I'd be very surprised to see that happen. The hospitality areas are confined to the side stands, so in theory they could do that to those with a bit of jigging, behind the goals would be harder and besides what about the people who are paying to be members? I think we'll still see 3-5k go on GA sale.

sone hospitiality prices finally out cheapest looks £649!! Tunnel club is £1250 this is for a game vs Aston Villa so fixtures like the derby are £1450 for tunnel club
Wow. And I thought I had payed a fortune for my place in the Trinity Bar £3,000 for the season.

I think we all become a bit complacent about this stadium now and again - myself included.

But what a stadium it is.

How on earth are we able to pull this off and have this as our new home - a club that's either been in the toilet or off the pace for most of the 30 years since we last won a trophy?

It's mind boggling when you think about it.
When you think about where we could have ended up
