I'm not sure this is the case. Selling a player has much more of an impact on PSR in June than buying a player. Buying a player mid-way through the last month of the fiscal year should have a negligible impact on the PSR calculation for the year.

Having said all of that, the window just re-opened. Just the slightest bit of patience is needed.

I didn't even realise that Roma had a new CEO, as I thought Ryan Friedkin was in that role on an interim basis. Sacking the new CEO is quite abrupt and surprising.
