It seems that the club have decided to build out at speed its football internal organization which is the right thing to do but given the small transfer budget available to Moyes -hmmmm.

I mean was there a need to get all of it in place by this summer? The player addition side of it might be hindered by PSR, operational costs and being outbid by a huge number of PL clubs in europe this season.

I don't have to sell it to the fans but could be a tricky 1st summer transfer window for the owners and Moyes.

That's the million dollar question...everybody seems to assume, including moyes, that we will be able to compete for players...so far, it's very underwhelming with the lack of activity

I am wary of these new owners but haven’t seen anything to suggest our budget is low.

It just can’t be low, we won’t survive on a shoestring budget given what’s needed.
