The entire space is owned by Terry's Timbers and it's just leased to this feller who wants the tent scheme.

Presumably the lease is granted by TT with stipulations concerning making rental payments and any need for alterations...which if this scheme carries on now will be the case now, obviously. A break clause to the lease might also have been insisted on by TT.

In short: the leaseholder can disappear quite quickly from the scene, I'd imagine.
It’s been leased to a car dealer for the last year or two, he’s been moved out the past month or two.

I think we all become a bit complacent about this stadium now and again - myself included.

But what a stadium it is.

How on earth are we able to pull this off and have this as our new home - a club that's either been in the toilet or off the pace for most of the 30 years since we last won a trophy?

It's mind boggling when you think about it.
You Ok Hun ? xxx

Mate...We'd have been in The King Dock for 20 years by now if Kenwright could have got his ego out the way.

Am absolutely convinced that was a sliding doors moment.

His decision to con the club and it's fans out of that move cost us the past 20 years.

Absolutely ghastly human who's name should be scrubbed from the record books.

Spot on.

And just on that subject:

Moshiri should be there for the first game.

Even though his back seat driving on the playing side nearly cratered us, without his determination to pull all the strings together that dock would still be getting used as a rats doss house and occasional 'music' one offs and full of uxb's.

Has a more positive place in our history then Kenwright et al, that's for sure.
