Classic EvertonIs it just me or that link doesn't exist, what did it say, if anyone got on it I mean.
It’s been leased to a car dealer for the last year or two, he’s been moved out the past month or two.The entire space is owned by Terry's Timbers and it's just leased to this feller who wants the tent scheme.
Presumably the lease is granted by TT with stipulations concerning making rental payments and any need for alterations...which if this scheme carries on now will be the case now, obviously. A break clause to the lease might also have been insisted on by TT.
In short: the leaseholder can disappear quite quickly from the scene, I'd imagine.
I'd love to.
I think there will be many chances. I'd like to visit Liverpool sooner or later.
This is the only job at the new stadium posted on the OS.Is it just me or that link doesn't exist, what did it say, if anyone got on it I mean.
Boss that well in kidGive me an inbox mate I'll get you a ticket.
(Please don't be an Azul multi).
It will be great when the equipment / scaffolding etc is removed from the corner areas. I hope they still apply the screed finish when that's the case. That's really needed to have it looking fresh and clean.
Had the absolute pleasure of covering the maintenance on the site for the council for best part last 15yrs.Correct mate...2 sites either end.
The one on Boundary all lads would film themselves doing them mad videos calling out other gypsy for scraps.
All went on our my office window,I'd marvel at it ha.
You Ok Hun ? xxxI think we all become a bit complacent about this stadium now and again - myself included.
But what a stadium it is.
How on earth are we able to pull this off and have this as our new home - a club that's either been in the toilet or off the pace for most of the 30 years since we last won a trophy?
It's mind boggling when you think about it.
Mate...We'd have been in The King Dock for 20 years by now if Kenwright could have got his ego out the way.I think we all become a bit complacent about this stadium now and again - myself included.

Spot on.Mate...We'd have been in The King Dock for 20 years by now if Kenwright could have got his ego out the way.
Am absolutely convinced that was a sliding doors moment.
His decision to con the club and it's fans out of that move cost us the past 20 years.
Absolutely ghastly human who's name should be scrubbed from the record books.
