Keith Andrews looks to be the new Brentford manager. Huge gamble by them. They will struggle big time next season imo

Andrews has been around the club a bit, is extremely highly rated and its said is a huge part of the reason they have done well in recent times. Brentford are very heavy on the data stuff, even more so than the likes of Brighton, so I imagine they know what they are doing but its very much an "Experimental appointment" if it goes through.

I’d be happy with that. He might pay off big time for them, in which case fair play, but any team gambling (with the chance it goes badly wrong) is great.

They get a lot right at Brentford, but they also need to replace some fantastic players and a manager who has been there for years.

A few years ago everyone was talking about the “Southampton model” as the one to follow. These things do come to an end eventually!
